Integrated Suite

In March 2007 at the Digita Annual Conference we announced the release of Contact Manager and updates to our tax and accounts applications which will complete the integration of client data around a central database of contact information.

As an existing user of Digita software you are entitled to a free Digita Contact Manager licence for each of the licenses you hold for other Digita applications.

  • Clients can be added to your central client list, and their details maintained from any part of the Digita suite.
  • Changes to any shared data are immediately available anywhere they are needed.
  • Data is shared and updated intelligently so historical data, such as the address on a prior year's finalised tax return is preserved and not over-written by later changes.
  • Client data can be safely maintained by administration and secretarial staff.

We can provide on-site consultancy to assist you with software installation, review and correction of current data and the process of merging the databases. Our consultants can also work with you to help you to identify the best way forward to maximise the benefits of your software investment.
