There is a single Microsoft Windows log on with integrated Windows security. Staff members are created in Digita Contact Manager and matched to Windows users. Log on to Windows and no further user names or passwords are required. Full staff details are managed, including contact details, roles, tasks and rates. With the advent of new regulations regarding money laundering and fraud, no practice can afford not to follow best practice. Digita Contact Manager offers a simple method of managing risk and identity verification, allowing the practice to record an audit trail of steps taken on a client by client basis.

Digita Contact Manager fully supports letter writing and mail merging. By using Microsoft Word templates we give the user the ability to integrate data from Digita Contact Manager into easy to edit templates.
